At Mega, we value all our customers and we know that continuous support is essential. That is why our technical support team is fully dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive timely resolutions to their questions and problems. 

Your initial purchase or subscription includes a training session.  To further assist you, mptime has built-in context sensitive help so wherever you are, our extensive knowledgebase will give you valuable information.

mptime is so intuitive that we often find our clients are able to deploy the solution without our assistance. However, if you need assistance, we're here to help you! Our team of professional service, support and training experts will guide you through every phase of your implementation. Just ask us how we can help.

Implementation Services
With our innovative implementation method our professional services team will ensure that your rollout stays on schedule, on budget and in-line with your business needs.

  • Training Services
    Mega's productivity solutions are simple and intuitive to use, and require little or no training. Each Licensing Model and Hosted Subscription Model includes a four (4) hour Live web training session.  This session allows for unlimited attendees.
  • However, if you feel that you need additional training, our highly trained professionals can get your  users up to speed quickly with in-house classroom training(additional fees apply).

  • Data Conversion Services
    Mega's open database model allows data to be imported to mptime. Your information migration can be personalized; our Professional Services team can work with you to define what information can be transferred into mptime from one of your existing business systems (additional fees apply). 

  • Data Export Services
    Mega's open database model allows data to be exported to Accounting, Payroll, Human Resource and Project Management software.  Our Professional Services team will work with you to define what information is transferred to each interfacing application and to develop personalized integration modules specifically for your business (additional fees apply).

  • Technical Support
    Technical support engineers are at your side, answering your questions and resolving technical issues as soon as they arise. Ongoing technical support is offered through our Support Plan, offered at an additional annual fee for the Licensing Models. Technical Support is included with all Hosted Subscription Models. Telephone Support Hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm EST, Monday-Friday(excluding holidays).  Each organization is allowed 1-2 designees who may utilize the Telephone Support line (based on installation size). On-line support is also available from within the application and is accessible by any user at any time.

Notes

  • Purchased Support Plans that supplement a Licensed Model are  for a one year period from date of issuance.
  • A Support Plan is included in the Hosted Subscription Model.
  • One primary and one alternative person may utilize Telephone Support. Customers must provide frontline support for their end users.
  • Internal Support is available to all users via the application. Simply navigate to the Help sub-menu and go to the Support an Incident page. Fill in the details and submit the email, a Technical Support professional will contact you via email with an answer to your question.
